NTT Data's client is currently seeking a L2/L3 UC Engineerto join their team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

The candidates must have an understanding of Route Patterns and Translation Patterns, along with building new patterns.

Required experience:

• Understanding of Calling Search Spaces and Partitions, along with building new
• Removing/Adding advertised routes within CUCM
• Building CTI Route Points
• Understanding of Ring downs (PLAR) patterns
• General Cisco Unity Connection knowledge
• General Cisco IP Phone Build knowledge
• General knowledge of Cisco CUBE and Voice Gateways (4431/4451 ISR) configuration and troubleshooting
  • Would have guidance on base configuration from internal architecture team, so more just about applying the configuration to the routers and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to work with paging vendors and troubleshoot overhead paging if necessary
• Informacast knowledge is a plus, but we can also train on this if needed

About NTT DATA:
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is Hourly rate $55.00hr TO $60.00hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
