As a Lead Product Specialist you will be responsible for managing the onboarding of product teams, leading teams through training, as well as organizational design and baseline maturity.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
Onboard Product teams to the new Product Operating Model
Ensure they successfully complete the product bootcamp
Set them up for success once they enter the coaching and adoption phase with the Product Specialist.
Lead teams through foundational training
Help them establish their product roadmaps, OKRs and Product Vision.
Organization redesign
Through validation of team composition
Baseline team maturity
Start of coaching, post coaching, and adoption.
Coach teams (primarily Product Owners and Product Managers) during the Program Increment
Guide and coach teams on epic, feature and story writing, prioritization, and the refinement of OKRs and Product Roadmaps.
Support teams to adopt their new roles and responsibilities post boot-camp.
Identify gaps and provide targeted coaching to enhance adoption and execution
Use a pragmatic approach to help the team to follow the new product operating model. Understand the challenges/reasons for existing operational model and advise on making improvements to align with the new operating model (Must not present slides and force the team to follow the new process)
Should work with the teams and earn their trust
Provide weekly status reports on each team's progress, issues, risks, and escalations, as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, product strategy, product coaching or related areas.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in product ownership, backlog management and agile execution.
Ability to provide hands on coaching for epic, feature and user story development and prioritization.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe Framework and lean product development.
Ability to lead workshops, roadmap development and training exercises.
Ability to guide teams in creating OKRs, product vision and product roadmaps.
Ability to help teams transition into new roles and ways of working.
Strong ability to engage with senior leadership, influence decision making and drive alignment across teams.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies, provide feedback and improve team effectiveness.
