NTT DATA currently seeks a Security/OCM Consultant to join our team remotely in the US.

Role Responsibilities

• This role focuses on the people side of change - guiding adoption of changes to processes, systems and technology.
• The individual partners with leaders to drive adoption and utilization of Data Governance priorities to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and achievement of results and outcomes.
• The individual in this role will create and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance; coach and support leaders to serve as organizational change agents; provide consultative expertise to project teams to integrate organizational change management activities into their project plans; and, build cross-functional relationships at all levels to effectively influence and drive organizational initiatives throughout a matrixed environment.

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading Data Governance changes from start to finish using existing tools and processes
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating change deliverables such as trainings, articles, communications for different types of stakeholders, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferences

• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($55.00 - $58.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
