We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).
Job Description:
Roles and Resposibility
Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
Execute test cases manually to identify defects and ensure the software meets the specified requirements.
Perform different types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Log defects in a defect tracking system with detailed information for developers to reproduce and fix.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Document test results, prepare test reports, and maintain test documentation for future reference.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by predefined test cases.
Suggest improvements to the testing process and contribute to the development of best practices.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Hands-on automation testing for web-based applications using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Maven.
Communicate with business partners as well as internal and external technical teams, including working with remote and offshore teams.
Must Have
Overall IT Experience 5-8 years
5 years of Manual Testing.
2 years of Agile working experience
1 years of Automation testing
Strong Problem solving, and analysis skill required.
Tools: Selenium WebDriver, ALM, Jira, REST/SOAP API, GIT, SQL, Agile
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in STEM area with 5 years experience.
