We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity / IT Infrastructure to join our team Remote based in the United States (US).
Summary :
The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in cyber security and technical program management and at least 5 years' experience managing large-scale M&A integration or separation programs.
Job Description :
- Build, maintain, and drive project plan.
- Build and promote project scope, reports, and other project artifacts as needed.
- Evaluate and recommend core documentation and artifacts to be built for program, workstream, and project level use.
- Execute development and publication of program documentation, processes, and reporting.
- Re-plan project timelines, scope, and major milestones with dependencies in collaboration with wider CIS Integration team and IT PMO / IMO.
- Lead matrix teams across multiple geographies.
- explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations.
