We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager - Infrastructure M&A (Remote) to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure and technical program management
- At least 5 years' experience managing large-scale M&A integration or separation programs
- Proven track record of successful infrastructure consolidation projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and infrastructure components
- Experience in cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global technology transformation programs
- Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Other skills:
- Strategic thinker with ability to align technical decisions with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and synergy analysis
- Proven ability to lead matrix teams across multiple geographies
- Advanced project and program management capabilities
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Degree in business or management of IT related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience
Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Build, maintain, and drive project plan
- Build and promote project scope, reports, and other project artifacts as needed
- Evaluate and recommend core documentation and artifacts to be built for program, workstream, and project level use
- Execute development and publication of program documentation, processes, and reporting
- Re-plan project timelines, scope, and major milestones with dependencies in collaboration with wider CIS Integration team and IT PMO/IMO
