A Jr. .Net Developer is first and foremost a software developer who specializes in .NET C# development. You'll be part of a team focused on delivering quality software for our clients.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Learn about the Launch delivery model and best practices.
• Deliver code on time with supervision meeting the Definition of Done
• Develop depth in one or more areas of a given platform or technology.
• Understands Definition of Done and works to establish a sustainable pace to meet that definition of done (code, unit test, integration, testing acceptance)
• Actively participates in pair-programming with a more experienced developer to understand application structure, design patterns, and approaches
• Understands and actively participates in ceremonies (stand-up, planning, estimating, retrospective)
• Begin learning about Design Patterns, SOLID principles
• Understands principles of being a professional programmer

Basic Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience in developing in C#
• Up to 2 years of experience working with .NET technologies including at least one of the following: Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, or MAUI

Preferred:

• Experience working with Azure desired
• Understanding of unit testing (nUnit, MSTest)
• Understanding of how to write and consume web services
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and conceptually how deployments work
• Exposure to the Agile methodology and the SCRUM process
• Foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Development (SOLID principles)
• Basic debugging skills
• Basic database programming skills
• Basic understanding of operating systems, application hosting / execution, and the beginning ability to setup / maintain development environment with assistance
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline desired

Must reside in the US

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $64,400.00-$87,200.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, lifeand AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
