Credentialing Specialist
Type: Temporary, 6 months
Hours: Mon- Fri. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time.
Location: Hybrid Remote and Onsite 25% a month - Scottsdale AZ
MUST RESIDE IN A $28.00-31.30 hr W2
Position Summary
The Credentialing Specialist position is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions that encompass the administration and fulfillment of the pharmacy recredentialing activities. This position may assist with the compliance of federal, state and local regulations relative to pharmacy provider licensure. Responsibilities may include reviewing pharmacy submissions, primary source verification, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of recredentialing records, respond to pharmacy questions, provide pharmacies with technical support related to online questionnaire submission, issue research and resolution.

Verifiable HS Diploma or GED required.
4-year College Degree Is PREFERRED.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is 29.00-31.34. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Duties
Credentialing Specialist Duties may include:
- Data Entry of credentialing status and key details
- Monitor high volume of incoming email activity, respond to emails accordingly in a timely manner.
- Verify and document status of pharmacy credentials from primary source.
- Pharmacy communication and issue resolution via phone, email, and or bizfax.
- Perform related duties as directed.
- Minimum 1- 3 years' related work experience: Pharmacy Credentialing – verification and documentation
- 1 year of Application Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Qualtrics, Phloot, Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, & Word.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Direct communication with pharmacies (calling, emailing, & faxing).
- High Data Entry Accuracy Rate & Speed
