We are currently seeking a Program Manager---US Citizen to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Position's General Duties and Tasks
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a critical contract supporting enterprise services for approximately 10,000 users across multiple government agencies. This role will oversee systems engineering and administration at Tier 2 through 4 levels, ensuring the seamless delivery of core services, including Microsoft Active Directory, email systems, mobile device management, server virtualization, and more, in a no-fail mission environment. The Project Manager will drive integrated IT support services to meet DISA’s objective of providing premier, highly available enterprise services worldwide, 24/7/365.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule objectives are met while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Key tasks include:

- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, organize resources, and coordinate contractor support activities across all task areas to align with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage project execution, ensuring deliverables meet prescribed standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Team Supervision: Directly supervise personnel assigned to the contract, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer project personnel and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering regular updates on project status.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project performance and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability to DISA leadership.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budget, personnel, and technical resources to optimize project outcomes while adhering to cost constraints.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks to project timelines or deliverables, implementing proactive solutions to maintain service continuity in a no-fail environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Additional experience is an acceptable substitute for college degree requirements. One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience managing IT projects of similar size, scope, and complexity (supporting 10,000 users and enterprise-level services).
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and Presidential Support Duty Category II eligibility.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in overseeing systems engineering, configuration management, or system administration services in an enterprise IT environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience may be required based on project demands.
- Enterprise IT Expertise: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, server virtualization, email systems, or mobile device management in a multi-agency or global support context.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-stakes, mission-critical environments with a focus on 24/7 service availability.
- Familiarity with federal IT contracts and compliance with agency standards, such as those outlined by DISA.
