Role: Developer – RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Python
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions
- Minimum seven years' relevant experience in an Engineering role:
- Hands-on experience in Open-Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA
- Programming skills in Python, Java, Selenium
- Minimum two years' experience in Automation process exposure
- Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus
- Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
