This is a contract role for a Scrum Master located on-site in Louisville, KY. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, guiding and coaching the Scrum team on how to use Agile and Scrum practices, and removing impediments to the team's progress. The role also involves organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, Sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospective meetings, and other related activities.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and rules
- Facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
