We are currently seeking a [[Staging Technician]] to join our team in [[Atlanta]], [[GA]], [[USA]].
Overview:
Working at our main Staging Center in Atlanta, you will be part of the team that rolls-out new devices, repairs and re-purposes older devices, and updates others.
Duties:
- Imaging, quality checking, PC repairs, inventory tracking, and preparing new and repurposed assets for deployment to end clients
- Travel between sites is rare but, sometimes required.
- Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
- Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
- Update system of record for delivery of Incidents, Requests, and Refresh
- Update asset management information for assets receiving services -Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
- Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate incidents and conduct installs
- Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globally impact the end user environment
- Continuously improve both individual and team technical skills and knowledge through knowledge share.
- Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/backgound checkback to age 18 and Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 daysof hire date
