We are currently seeking a Strategy Planning Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

The Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) Business Planning Advisor role will encompass a wide variety of tasks and activities, all in support of the BFSI Business Unit (BU). The role will serve as an extension of the Divisional President and the leadership team in operating key routines and strategies that provide a foundation for collaboration and integration across the BU and with other NTT DATA functions.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Direct internal operations and activities to support the business unit in successfully achieving financial and operational objectives
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Delivery Leaders on information requests and initiates
• Work with Talent Acquisition to track and update open roles and associated hiring activity
• Direct strategic projects and initiatives
• Oversees various initiatives and projects as defined in BU strategy or by BFSI Leadership
• Acts as BFSI Point of Contact for large NTT DATA corporate initiatives
• Coordinates responses for Japan initiatives – President’s Reviews, NTT DATA Awards, Revenue requests, etc.
• Improves the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission
• Manage the Deal Pursuit Tracking Process (maintain, communicate, track) and the 360 Access (NTT analytics system) – coordinate requests and approvals, and submit for completion
• Perform in a liaison role between leadership across the business unit and with other areas of NTT DATA to serve as first point of contact for inbound information requests from NTT DATA groups outside the BU (e.g., Growth Office, Marketing, Office of the CEO, Global People, Sales, Service Lines, etc.)
• Complete request intake, assigns for execution, and track to completion
• Manages and holds teams accountable for completion of projects and initiatives
• Net Promoter Score / Voice of the Client (every six months)
• Account Planning (in coordination w/Sales Ops)
• Other projects/initiatives as required
• Coordinate and manage executive meetings and communications
• Work with BU President to schedule, plan and execute on leadership meeting schedule
• Create agenda, coordinates required preparation, and acts as facilitator for the following events
• Leadership meetings at the BU and Industry level
• BFSI Monthly Business Reviews / Strategic Account Reviews
• BFSI-Practice leadership meetings
• Coordinate official leadership email communications i.e., “Message from…,” including completion of all required internal reviews
• Plan, orchestrates, and facilitates BFSI Town Halls
• Support BU Leadership with Quarterly Business Reviews to the CEO
• Provide additional support to the BFSI leadership team as needed for key meetings or special projects
  

Qualifications:

• 12 years’ experience in IT Services or Professional Services industry
• 8 years’ experience in an Advisor or Chief of Staff role with combination of responsibilities to include project management, managing and tracking critical business plans and initiatives, managing internal and external executive communications
• 5 years’ experience providing utilizing quantitative and data analysis regarding market trends, business unit performance, and/or continuous improvement needs outputs
• Experience utilizing a broad business acumen and communication skills to develop relationships, simplifying the complex, and create targeted presentations and key executive communication material for internal and external audience
