We are currently seeking a [[Field Technician]] to join our team in [[Augusta]], [[GA]], [[USA]].
Day to Day job Duties :
- Applicants must have active driver’s license and vehicle.
- Travel between sites is required. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
- Execute service delivery by performing Installs, Moves,Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, and Smarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed Client Process and Procedure Guide.
- Coordinate with client end users on expectations, schedule of availability, and process and procedures
- Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
- Update system of record for delivery Incidents and Requests
- Update asset management information for assets receiving services -Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
- Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate incidents and conduct installs
- Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globally impact the end user environment
- Continuously improve both individual and team technical skills and knowledge through knowledge share
