We are currently seeking a [[Field Technician]] to join our team in [[Savannah]], [[GA]], [[USA]].
Day to Day job Duties :
- Applicants must have active driver’s license and vehicle.
- Travel between sites is required. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are required
- Execute service delivery by performing Installs, Moves,Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware and Software Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, andSmarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed ClientProcess and Procedure Guide.
- Coordinate with client end users on expectations, schedule of availability, and process and procedures
- Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
- Update system of record for delivery Incidents and Requests
- Update asset management information for assetsreceiving services -Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
- Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate incidents and conduct installs
- Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globally impact the end user environment
- Continuously improve both individual and team technica lskills and knowledge through knowledge share
