Position's General Duties and Tasks
Responsible for conducting or participating in multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and / or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems software. Determines computer user needs; advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input / output requirements; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain application software.
- Lead project teams and manage software development project.
- Ensure that code that is produced, tested, and debugged is both error free and efficient.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and developers.
- Work with both internal and external teams to define requirement and ensure that the solution(s) meet user needs.
- Solve technical challenges and ensure the quality and efficiency of the software produced.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and say updated with the latest technologies.
Basic Qualifications :
Security CE certification required
Education Equivalency : Bachelors degree with 2 additional years of experience.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [Min : $90,146 - Max : $208,672]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
