We are currently seeking a Medicaid Test / Business Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
Job Overview :
The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing QA Testing for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks / activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation
- Interface with state business users
- Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance
- Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed
- Develop and execute detailed test cases
- Identify and report project issues and risks
- Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance
- Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders and team members, making applicable recommendations
- Participate and / or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,032- $135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance.
