We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (FSI / AI / ML / GenAI) to join our team in San Francisco , California (US-CA) , United States (US) .
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage data center migrations
- Lead, document, and communicate work progress, issues, risks, escalating appropriately when needed and proactively identifying path forward for delivery teams
- Consolidate and communicate status updates and program summaries via presentations, emails, and direct communications as needed
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale, strategic programs in global technology organization
- Experience with data and data center migration
- Experience with Cloud (ideally GCP)
- Advanced program risk, issue and dependency management skills
- Advanced Confluence and Jira skills
- Capable of managing, tracking and troubleshooting multiple initiatives and workstreams in a deadline-driven environment with cross-functional teams, geographically distributed resources, and vendors
- Proven track record of solid planning, delivery and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated bias for action, ownership and ability to see around corners
- Excellent written and verbal communications, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills
- Financial services and AI / ML, GenAI experience a plus
