We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer - PrinterLogic-US Citizen-Fully Remote to join our team in Chantilly (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Job Summary :
In the role of a Systems Engineer, you will support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer by implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model that ensures consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to facilitate mission success and enhance the end user experience across the customer's environment. This role entails supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and accreditation of PrinterLogic solutions across the US Air Force enterprise network.
Job Duties :
- Design and implement PrinterLogic solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
- Design with a holistic view of the enterprise to ensure cost, performance, networking, and security are considered.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the PrinterLogic environment to streamline processes.
- Troubleshooting performance issues across the organization.
- Work closely with other IT teams to integrate PrinterLogic with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor PrinterLogic systems for performance and reliability.
- Generate reports and provide insights on system performance, usage patterns, and areas for improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $66,420 - $138,376. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
