What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Engineering Specialist position at NTT DATA Services?
Support a Public Sector Customer. Part of a team that provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for 8 M365 tenants. Areas of support are : Exchange, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams, Power BI, Power Suite, Intune, Security and Compliance, Defender.
The team is also responsible for tenant maintenance and operations. Provide support, administration, health and security monitoring for 8 M365 tenants. With primary focus on Intune.
Tier 2 support is for Tier 1 technicians only.
Position is M-F and must work PST time zone (8 to 5 PST) and 9 to 6 PST one week a month. Position is fully remote.
Required Skills :
Enterprise Messaging-Microsoft-Exchange : 1 to 3 years exp.
System Administration-Active Directory (Microsoft Directory Services)-Group Policy Support : 1 to 3 years exp.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 80k to 110k per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance.
