We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Project Management Office support for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the team manager, they will actively participate in the delivery of tasks / activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, UAT, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Support the State and PMO Managers in technical activities for management and oversight of the Eligibility & Enrollment system
- Lead or direct projects in a multi-vendor environment as needed and coordinate efforts between various state agencies and divisions
- Document project status, conduct meetings and coordinate efforts in a multi-vendor technical environment
- Identify and report project issues and risks
- Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations
- Research and provide recommendations to the client on technical problems / decisions
- Collaborate with team members to provide technical subject matter expertise and assistance
- Ensure PMO identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed
- Leverage knowledge of the state technical environments and apply it when appropriate
- Attend requirements sessions and various technical related meetings to learn functionality that is proposed to be incorporated into the system
