We are currently seeking a UI Designer to join our team in Herndon (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design, fluency in design tools, and a deep understanding of web technologies and accessibility standards.
Tasks include, but are not limited to :
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team (developers, researchers, product owners), to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Propose ideas and new features that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.

Acquiring and interpreting user data (e.g., planning and conducting usability tests);

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [Min : $73,332 - Max : $152,776]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance.
