Alarm Coordinator-Onsite Call Center

POSITION : Alarm Coordinator (Call Center)
LOCATION : Onsite: Cumberland, RI
JOB TYPE : This is a LONG-TERM CONSULTING assignment. Not Direct Hire.
PAY: $22-$23 per hour
HOURS: Open Shifts (7:30am-4:00pm; 8:30am-5:00pm; 12:30pm-9:00pm)
START DATE: 5/12/2025


Individual is responsible for supporting Burglary, Fire Alarm, and Access systems for Retail stores.

• Maintains accurate record keeping of calls received.
• Maintaining alarm processing database. (Placing accounts on test and confirming signals)
• Remotely accesses alarm systems to force communications as needed.
• Handles inbound calls for all the above items.

• Must have the proven ability to:
  o Work under stressful situations
  o Actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing
  o Follow instructions

Required Experience:
High School Diploma/GED

• 1-2 years call center experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence.
• Experience providing customer service, over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality.
• Must be proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
