- Experience handling Flexnet server configuration, performance tuning, reinstalltion and debugging
- Troubleshoot Flexnet Server issues, identify root cause and deploy solutions
- Experience handling Flexnet installation and deployments on Windows 2003 & Windows Server 2008
- Strong Experience working with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
