NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Computer Technician to join our team in Twinsburg, OH for a 6 month onsite contract role. Client may be open to train for the right experience and background.
Pay rate $19.50 per hour
Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.
Duties:
Administer asset tracking using software systems.
Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific store hardware.
Process all applicable warranty claims.
Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Required Skills/Experience
Strong attentional to detail
Must be able to multi-task
Good mechanical aptitude
Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED. 2 year technical degree preferred
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm EST

- 2 years administrative computer skills
- 2 years Word and Excel experience
