We are currently seeking a Data Center Facilities Coordinator - Onsite in Alpharetta, GA to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
This is an on-site role in Alpharetta, GA. Only local candidates will be considered.
Role Responsibilities
Distribute and update information from the field into the maintenance management system
Prepare Reports
Perform data entry
Engage with procurement and finance teams in addition to external stakeholders
Support multiple projects
Basic Requirements
5 years’ experience as a facilities coordinator
Additional Preferences
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and work order / ticketing systems
High level of professionalism
Detail Oriented
Self-starter with exceptional communication skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently and reliably
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate
Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the roles and function of the assigned department
