We are currently seeking a Delivery Assoc. Director (Insurance exp) to join our team in Dallas , Texas (US-TX) , United States (US) .
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure services are delivered to the client in accordance with the contract
- Remove obstacles to the delivery Teams achieving their SLA’s
- Collaborate with the customer to bring business driven innovation and technology to the account
- Manage the financials as it relates to cost on the account
- Collaborate with TPA leadership to drive solutions need for account success
- Hygiene – take care of all required reporting, invoicing, time approval etc.
Basic Qualifications :
Travel : This position requires someone who can travel to client for QBR’s and other business critical meetings. This is a fully remote role.
Degree :
Bachelor’s in business / technology or equivalent work experience
