NTT DATA currently seeks a DSNP Implementation Analyst to join our team in remote in CA.
Job Summary:
The Medicare/DSNP ITS – Implementation Analyst Consultant (HSP Config) will support work to ensure technical readiness of HSP comprehensive Core Claims Administration solution for D-SNP on 1/1/2026.
This includes working with the business teams and subject matter experts to gather detailed system and operational requirements for Medicare and D-SNP programs and to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
This role will work with the business to configure the systems and platforms to support Medicare and D-SNP operations. This includes ensuring accurate setup and alignment of system configurations with business rules and CMS regulatory requirements. This will be accomplished by identifying and addressing gaps between the business needs and system configurations.
This role will also validate system configurations and ensure that the system is configured to meet the operational, business and compliance standards needed for day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate requirements from published policy guides, specifications, and business requirements into technical specifications, functional requirements, and models that support integration, traceability, quality assurance and testing, and training needs for the new DSNP launch.
- Work with in-house tech writers to understand and update business models and the technical architecture artifacts that define the future state for end-to-end integration.
- Map requirements to features of selected vendor solutions to document the future state and provide recommendations that support goals and compliance.
- Identify and resolve configuration issues or inconsistencies during the project.
- Manage the Traceability Matrix and interface management process to ensure new solutions successfully integrate with existing ITS systems.
- Support implementation, deployment, and adoption for new technology that supports new Medicare/DSNP line of business.
- Engage with vendor-provided solutions and their implementation teams to bridge open questions, resolve key decisions, ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, ITS development and QA teams, business leaders and end-user to meet the operational, compliance, and quality goals of the end-to-end implementation plan.
- Adhere to best practices for the security and compliance of Medicare/DSNP data across all IT systems.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation to ensure successful launch of new DSNP line of business.
- Work with teams to design and implement efficient operational processes that streamline HSP configuration and operations in alignment with the business requirements for Medicare and D-SNP lines of business.
- Assist in migrating data from new software solutions and/or legacy systems to ensure clean data transfers and accurate system setup for Medicare and D-SNP lines of business.
- Provide post-implementation support for system configurations, conversions, troubleshooting, and resolve issues as they are identified.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system implementation and project management, with a focus on healthcare and Medicaid and Medicare systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of deep understanding of Medicaid/Medicare/DSNP regulations and the healthcare industry's business and technology needs.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- HSP Configuration
- Clinical or care management experience a plus.
- Experience managing requirements and UAT for Medicare and Medicaid managed care organization.
- DSNP system experience in California preferred.
- Requirements management certification a plus.
- Proven analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business and technical solutions in Medicaid and/or Medicare systems, claims, enrollment, healthcare analytics, EHR systems, and data management.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Remote work arrangements with occasional onsite travel (e.g., quarterly).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The tarting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 - $78.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
