We are currently seeking a [[Field Technician]] to join our team in [[Milledgeville]], [[GA]], [[USA]].
Day to Day job Duties :
- Applicants must have active driver’s license and vehicle.
- Travel between sites is required. Mileage is reimbursed.
- Windows troubleshooting and reimaging are requiredExecute service delivery by performing Installs, Moves,Adds, Changes, Decommissions, Refresh, Hardware andSoftware Break Fix, Network Smarthand support, andSmarthand Support for Security and VDI per Managed ClientProcess and Procedure Guide.
- Coordinate with client end users on expectations,schedule of availability, and process and procedures
- Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
- Update system of record for delivery Incidents andRequests
- Update asset management information for assetsreceiving services -Identify potential issues that couldadversely impact End User Experience or contractualobligations and assist in creating action plans as well asfollowing action plans
- Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge toremediate incidents and conduct installs
- Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globallyimpact the end user environment
- Continuously improve both individual and team technicalskills and knowledge through knowledge share
