Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting range for this remote role is $54.25 - $58.62/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team in a REMOTE working environment.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Technical Lead is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. Takes work assignments that are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
- Works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release.
- Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
- Supports product evaluation and qualification on technology components.
- Ensures that production schedules are followed, and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.
- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming
- 5 years of experience in development
- Substantial experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
- Hands-on Coding Experience with .Net framework and Microsoft SQL Server/My SQL Databases
- Experience with leading and directing a team of developers, reviewing code quality, and ensuring compliance with healthcare company policies/best practices
- Experience with unit testing and mocking
- Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
- Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Experience with Micro services Architecture, Building web services, Security and authentication, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, GitHub/Git, SecAPI, Application Security, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting, Datapower
- Knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes Platforms, Networking, Splunk, Power BI Reporting
- Knowledge with cloud platforms PCF/Pioneer, Azure, IBM Cloud Private, OpenShift/Cloud Paks, Red Hat
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Previous healthcare industry experience required
