The Healthcare Omnichannel Strategy and Incubation Analyst is a critical role responsible for contributing to the Retail Pharmacy Growth Portfolio's strategic multi-year planning and governance. You will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation within one of the leading healthcare companies globally, requiring a blend of intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and strategic acumen.
The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, detail oriented, with outstanding problem-solving skills. They will have demonstrated success executing complex and fast paced projects across matrixed stakeholders. This Analyst will have experience managing and prioritizing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines, the ability to develop effective cross-team working relationships and the capacity to work independently and to adapt to rapidly evolving work priorities.

Duties
- Ad-hoc strategic sprint requests
- Business Strategy: Research, ideate, and drive strategic initiatives with a focus on enhancing the patient experience
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Foster relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to integrate outputs into a unified strategy.
- Support across the omnichannel strategy and business operations team
- Transparency & Reporting: Partner across the Retail Pharmacy omnichannel organization, ensuring clarity on omnichannel initiatives, and report on the progress and milestones of Pharmacy Growth programs
- Executive Communication & Team Facilitation: Simplify complex project details for executive understanding, establish work prioritization metrics, and ensure important project details are communicated across teams effectively
- Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development
- 3 years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps, and/or bringing technology solutions to life
- 1 years of experience working on cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrated success delivering projects end to end.
- 3 years technical experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachlors Degree or Higher
