What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Quality Data Analyst position at NTT DATA?
NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Quality Data Analyst to join our team in Columbia, MD for a 6 month contract role.
This data-focused role would be responsible for quality data reports, liaison with the national Value Based Solutions (VBS) based contracting data team on data needs and reports and complete the extensive and ongoing analysis needed to drill into member level data to determine the interventions for improvement in all the HEDIS MDH Performance Measures. They will assist with the VBS program with providers and the conversion to a new value based contracting model. They will identify and assist with identification of specific interventions based on their review of the efficacy and cost of the interventions we are currently doing, and new interventions implemented. ROIs will be able to be assessed for interventions to assure efficient effective results. Interventions would be able to be region, provider, condition, and member specific. Additional HEDIS measures could be included in our analyses and improvement strategies.
Required Skills/Experience
Education: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration/Health Analytics or related field

Required Skills/Experience
- 2 years’ experience with Managed Care or other health care related entities
- 2 years' claims data experience
- 5 years' Excel including; Macros/VBA and Power Query
- 2 years' experience and proficient/formal training with Structured Query Language (SQL)
- 2 years' HEDIS experience
