NTT DATA Services currently seeks a REMOTE Medical Office Schedulerto join our team for a 6 month work from home contract role. Must reside in the EST or CST time zones.
Pay rate $20.50 per hour
******** SCHEDULE: 40 hr/week - Specific shifts may vary, but will fall between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern. Shifts may include working on either Saturday or Sunday. ******** Training is typically around 1.5 to 2 weeks, training hours: 10amEST-6:30pmEST or as needed. Normal working hours: Varying mon-fri 8am-8pmEST, will be assigned an 8 hour shift
This is an inbound call center role. Key responsibilities will include handling inbound calls regarding scheduling requests for appointments with healthcare providers. May also include some outbound calls to clients to reschedule appointments.
Role Responsibilities - Determines purpose of call by actively listening and interacting with callers. - Assesses client's needs; researches and articulately communicates information regarding pertinent Plan Sponsor services and resources. - Recognizes crisis situations and evaluates for needed action to minimize risk and transfer appropriately for clinical assistance. - Performs appropriate research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources. - Enters member information into the appropriate system to initiate the member record and documents comments and information thoroughly and professionally.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $20.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
