NTT DATA Services currently seeks Remote Pharmacy Techs for a 6 month work from home contract. Must have local and national certification.
Pay rate $20.00 per hour
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
Required Skills/Experience
Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 9pm CST (multiple shifts during these hours/8 hours per day)
Training hours: Mon to Fri 8am -430 pm CST

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

Required Skills/Experience
- 2 years of experience in a high volume call center
- 2 years healthcare or PBM/prior authorization-related experience.
- 2 years medical terminology and coding
- Ability to effectively support a work from home environment. Must have the ability to work in a HIPAA compliant work area away from distractions.
