Job Description
We are seeking a talented Sr Java Developer (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in San Leandro, California (US-CA), United States (US).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core java, experience in building Microservices/API from a Monolith application, and knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, Blackduck etc.
Key responsibilities include writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Java Code, cooperating with the front-end developer in the process of integrating the RESTful API, communicating with external web services, and utilizing Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Spring Batch, Kubernetes Services, Oracle DB, Apigee/API Gateway.
Required Skills and Qualifications
~5 years of expertise in Core java
~Experience in building Microservices/API from a Monolith application
~Experience in handling Web application vulnerabilities
~2-4 years of cloud experience (Google/Azure/AWS)
~Experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing, CI/CD
~Knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, Blackduck etc
