We need an overachieving salesperson to come and join an aggressive real estate group. Any deal is possible if you know the approach to it. Come be the top earner within the company.
If you are consistent & cunning you could earn 6-figures annually. You do not need a real estate license just motivation & consistency to lock properties down. Resourcefulness & motivation are going to be key components outside of consistency to keep a solid lead & deal flow for your pipeline.
Flexible position for anyone who is good with a self-determined schedule & phone skills.
We need someone who can bring in 5-10 solid contracts per month & record a database of leads with detailed notes.
Requirements:
Sub-Contractor will be required to have the following
- Working cell phone
- Working vehicle
- Laptop/Desktop
- Internet
- Manage Leads & follow-up with prospects
- Ability to speak clearly & approach home-owners over the phone & physically
Sub-Contractor is expected to do the following
- Cold calling
- Physical appointments
- Contract signings
- Understand property valuations
- Find properties to purchase at a discount for the end buyer investors to make a profit
- Record a database of target property addresses which includes
- Target property address
- Owner mailing address
- Owner phone
- Owner email
- Contact property owners, ask questions to filter how motivated to sell the property they are, create rapport (trust) during the conversation, if motivation is there, schedule an appointment to put them under contract. (Skilled agents are able to sign contracts remotely).
- Will progress to putting properties under contract themselves
- Organize all photos & data neatly & input information into specific folders within Google Drive

Compensation (COMMISSION BASED):
Avg commission: $2,000-$4,000 bonuses
No cap on commissions
