Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative within our Liquor Division, you will work closely with our Regional Director to manage existing accounts and assist in expanding our client base across Florida. This is a basic pay plus commission job making it an ideal opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and the alcohol industry. You will play a key role in growing our brand presence in both off-premises liquor stores and on-premises restaurants while receiving valuable mentorship from the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Visit and maintain relationships with existing accounts (liquor stores and restaurants) established by the Regional Director. Ensure excellent service, product knowledge, and consistent communication with clients.
- Sales Growth: Increase sales within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling, new product placements, and ensuring regular reorders of our brands.
- Account Development: Work alongside the Regional Director to open new accounts, including introducing our products, negotiating terms, and establishing rapport with potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the full range of alcohol brands we represent. Provide customers with product recommendations and educate them on the benefits and unique qualities of our offerings.
- Territory Management: Travel to various accounts across the region to maintain and grow your sales territory. Use your knowledge and expertise to cultivate strong relationships and increase market share.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of client visits, sales activity, and other relevant metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry, is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (gas reimbursement provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission-Based Earnings: Your compensation will be based on a basic pay of $2,500 for the month paid bi-weekly. Pay is contingent on meeting 300 case monthly sales.
- Learning and Development: Work directly with our Regional Director to gain valuable insights and sales strategies, learning how to open new accounts and grow your sales portfolio.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
