NU Kitchen is growing, and we’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our leadership team at our Newburyport location! This key role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining our high standards. What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager in daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching staff to uphold NU Kitchen’s service standards.
- Ensure proper staffing and organization to maintain excellent customer experiences.
- Uphold quality control, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism, problem-solving any concerns to enhance their experience.
