Duties
- Conduct direct sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and conducting product demonstrations.
- Execute effective territory management strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, business development, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong skills in outside sales, inside sales, and territory management are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Ability to perform cold calling and engage potential customers confidently.
- Experience with product demonstrations and retail sales is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
