Experience in social media marketing is required for this position. Candidates who do not have experience directly managing social media accounts for a company or organization will not be considered.

What You Would Do :

• Oversee all social media accounts for food & beverage, hospitality or lifestyle brands – Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok, as well as publishing dashboards (such as Hootsuite, Later)
• Create content calendars (static posts, Reels and TikTok videos) and manage regular posting.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads.
• Manage all promotions and advertisements.
• Develop strategies to increase followership and engagement.
• Take photos and videos at monthly filmings.
• Manage business listings and presentation and customer communications on platforms such as Yelp and Google My Business
• Work with Project Managers to develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies and seasonal promotions to promote in-store and online sales.
• Work with the team to create large social media campaigns.
