The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for managing the facility kitchen and staff through careful planning and organizing of the overall operations of the Dining Services department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and by ensuring quality nutritional meals are prepared and served from kitchens maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.

Qualifications:
- Long-Term Care Experience Required
- Food Service Director Experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Management experience preferred
- Willigness to work with the right peron if not already CDM Certification or Enrolled in the Course
