About the Role :
Provide professional care to Distributors and Customers including placing orders, answering questions, or resolving issues. Provide education on our products and programs and deliver product demonstrations. Customer service is provided in a retail location.
What you'll do :
- Perform product demonstrations.
- Place orders.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, programs, and services; provide information about our products, programs, and services; upsell additional products using product promotions, sales aides, and knowledge of customer needs.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and / or disputes.
- Research product usage to help customers understand how to pair products together.
- Complete assigned trainings and attend staff meetings.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Build relationship with local and frequent customers.
