About the Role:
As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive, you’ll manage a book of personal insurance clients—providing expert advice, handling renewals, and ensuring each client receives top-tier service. You'll work with auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies, helping clients find the right coverage for their needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on clients’ unique needs
- Process renewals, endorsements, and claims with accuracy and care
- Negotiate with carriers to secure the best terms and pricing
- Stay current on industry trends and compliance regulations
- Hit or exceed performance goals, including retention and growth metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Texas insurance license
- 2 years of experience in a personal lines insurance role
- Strong knowledge of auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
- Proven sales and customer service success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building

- Tech-savvy with experience in agency management systems and Microsoft Office
