As a Business Development Director , you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client partnerships, and overseeing project execution to ensure exceptional service. This role requires a strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Compensation
- Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $140,000

Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Meet on-site and occasionally entertain prospective and existing clients, uncovering opportunities to expand business relationships.Utilize the CRM system to track communications, leads, and opportunities, advocating for best practices in client management.Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.Project Oversight & Execution
Work closely with internal teams to align sales, production, and service goals with client expectations.Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.Apply a solutions-oriented approach to overcome challenges and exceed client expectations.Team Collaboration & Leadership
Foster collaboration across departments to streamline operations and optimize service delivery.Contribute to team development by providing feedback and leadership to enhance performance and operational efficiency.Maintain a results-driven culture, promoting accountability and shared success.Qualifications :
5 years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally in a construction or project-based industry.Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven experience in identifying business opportunities and executing sales strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.A strategic mindset focused on business growth and client satisfaction.Ability to prioritize and navigate client and team needs effectively.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business demands.About Company
