- Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $140,000

- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Meet on-site and occasionally entertain prospective and existing clients, uncovering opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Utilize the CRM system to track communications, leads, and opportunities, advocating for best practices in client management.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Project Oversight & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales, production, and service goals with client expectations.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Apply a solutions-oriented approach to overcome challenges and exceed client expectations. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Foster collaboration across departments to streamline operations and optimize service delivery.

- 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally in a construction or project-based industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven experience in identifying business opportunities and executing sales strategies.
