What You’ll Be Doing
As our Commercial Glazier, you’ll be the expert who ensures that commercial spaces are secure, functional, and visually impressive. From high-end buildings to expansive storefronts, you’ll handle glass installations with precision and professionalism.
Quality Installations:
- Install and secure commercial glass systems, including windows, storefronts, curtain walls, partitions, and skylights.
- Work with tempered, laminated, and insulated glass to meet safety and performance standards.
- Cut, grind, and fit glass precisely, ensuring a seamless, long-lasting finish.
Precision & Safety:
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols—no shortcuts when it comes to protecting yourself and your team.
- Work at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment as required for commercial projects.
- Secure installations to prevent leaks, cracks, or structural weaknesses, ensuring every project meets industry standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Read and interpret project specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Work closely with general contractors, project managers, and/or architects to keep projects running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly on-site to troubleshoot issues and maintain efficiency.
Tool & Equipment Maintenance:
- Operate and maintain glass-handling tools, lifts, and safety equipment to ensure efficiency and precision.
- Keep tools in top condition—because a well-maintained cutter makes all the difference.
Travel & Work Conditions:
- Travel is required to various job sites. We provide:
- Per diem for meals.
- Paid hotels for overnight stays.
- Company-covered travel expenses.
Who We’re Looking For
Some Experience is Awesome:
- Commercial glazing experience is preferred, but if you have strong construction or installation skills, we’ll train the right person.
Eagle-Eyed Detail:
- You notice when something is off by a fraction of an inch and won’t rest until it’s perfect.
Strength & Stamina:
- Glass and metal framing aren’t light—be prepared to lift and maneuver materials up to 75 lbs.
Comfort with Heights:
- Many installations happen on lifts, scaffolding, or multi-story buildings.
Team Spirit:
- You work well with others, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving forward.
Safety-Minded:
- You take job site safety seriously and always use proper protective equipment.

Hours & Location
Shifts:
