This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our office and provide exceptional service to our clients, agents, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, agents, and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for closings and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to title and escrow staff
- Prepare welcome packets and maintain a clean, organized front lobby area
- Assist with document intake and delivery coordination
- Ensure all clients have a smooth and pleasant experience during their visit
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred (title or real estate industry experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
