Job Summary
We are seeking a growth-oriented and driven DODD Program Manager / Business Manager to join our non-medical home care team. This role is critical for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring high-quality care in compliance with DODD standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with county DODD agencies, expanding our client base, managing assessments and care planning, and providing supervision and support to DSP staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with SSAs and DODD agencies (e.g., Lucas, Wood, etc).
- Conduct initial assessments of client needs and preferences.
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized care plans according to DODD requirements.
- Provide ongoing assessments and adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Coordinate with caregivers and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with DODD standards, policies, documentation, and procedures.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, families, and staff to address needs, updates, or concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in program development and management within DODD, behavioral health, or social work settings.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in developmental disability services.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving growth targets.
- Familiarity with DODD standards and policies, and experience with individual care planning.
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in software for documentation and case management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Additional Requirements
- Existing relationships within local county DODD agencies preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must complete 40 hours of annual in-service training.
- Availability for flexible weekday hours and occasional night/weekend visits as needed.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
