Requirements
- MA Damage Appraiser License: Valid and up-to-date
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role within an auto body or collision repair setting
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of damage appraising, repair processes, and insurance protocols
- Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Accurately assess and appraise vehicle damage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent updates
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure approvals and smooth processing
