Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Manage internet leads in a timely manner in order to generate appointments
- Set appointments for potential customers to meet with Sales Associates
- Establish relationships with clients, following up via email, text, and phone calls
- Contribute to the success of dealership by working professionally with a positive attitude
- Collect information and document in the CRM to complete the contact
- Assist customers in vehicle selection
- Work in a team driven environment to meet goals and monthly targets
Qualifications:
- Must have drive, passion and confidence to be successful
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette required
- Prior Automotive BDC is a Plus
- Previous experience using a CRM to manage customer leads is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation to work
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent writing and typing skills
- Valid Drivers license
- Bilingual is a Plus
